  • I know what it’s like to be in pain.

To wonder how long it will take to feel relief. To hope healing is even possible.

I’ve had car accidents, pregnancies and overuse injuries. Each time, I had to literally put my body in other people’s hands and trust they could help.

In 2002, I was pregnant with twins and looking for a way to support my soon-to-be-arriving family. I knew I needed something flexible, but wondered if I could find something to feed my spirit as well.

Fortunately I found my way to massage school where I fell in love–with the body. I was awed by its ability to heal. I knew I wanted to be a part of this miraculous process.

As a woman, I’ve watched and felt my body change over time. Pregnancy, perimenopause, and the stress of work and life have all made an impact. Massage has always met my body where it was and offered the promise of relief and renewal.

It’s a privilege to help people access their bodies’ wisdom and capacity for healing. I feel fortunate to do this for a living.

I love local organic food, reading, paddleboarding, yoga, hiking, and spending time with my three amazing children.

  • I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself.

I see massage therapy as a tool we can use to restore health, wholeness, and balance. My job is to encourage a conversation between you and your body. To support what’s already working and remove barriers to the natural healing process.

Bodies heal more quickly and fully when they're relaxed. I'll always aim to make you as comfortable as possible–so your body can settle in and feel safe enough to heal.

(pronounced “Ee-o-Anna”)

  • I was born in Athens, Greece and raised in Beaverton, Oregon. Every other summer, I returned to Greece and spent time on the island of Crete, helping my grandmother harvest herbs and make medicinal oils and tinctures. In the quiet afternoons after siesta, I remember watching my aunt bring out the small wine cups and rubbing alcohol to do cupping on my grandfather, soothing his sore muscles after long days in the vineyard and orange orchard. Those early experiences sparked my deep passion for natural remedies and traditional healing.

  • My approach to massage is rooted in the belief in the healing power of safe, intentional touch. All of my work is trauma-informed, and I strive to create a grounded, supportive space for each client. I offer massage for relaxation, myofascial release, neck stiffness, headache and migraine relief, pregnancy, trauma and PTSD, and recovery from motor vehicle accidents. I also have experience working with cancer patients and collaborating with their care teams.

I offer Ayurvedic-inspired massages with essential oils upon request, with advance booking. My goal is to bring together ancient healing traditions and modern therapeutic techniques to support your unique journey toward wellness and balance.

  • I studied herbalism at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Traditional Chinese Medicine while living in Greece. Eventually, life brought me back to Oregon, where I pursued massage therapy at the East West College of Healing Arts and fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a bodyworker.
