I know what it’s like to be in pain.
To wonder how long it will take to feel relief. To hope healing is even possible.
I’ve had car accidents, pregnancies and overuse injuries. Each time, I had to literally put my body in other people’s hands and trust they could help.
In 2002, I was pregnant with twins and looking for a way to support my soon-to-be-arriving family. I knew I needed something flexible, but wondered if I could find something to feed my spirit as well.
Fortunately I found my way to massage school where I fell in love–with the body. I was awed by its ability to heal. I knew I wanted to be a part of this miraculous process.
As a woman, I’ve watched and felt my body change over time. Pregnancy, perimenopause, and the stress of work and life have all made an impact. Massage has always met my body where it was and offered the promise of relief and renewal.
It’s a privilege to help people access their bodies’ wisdom and capacity for healing. I feel fortunate to do this for a living.
I love local organic food, reading, paddleboarding, yoga, hiking, and spending time with my three amazing children.

I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself.
I see massage therapy as a tool we can use to restore health, wholeness, and balance. My job is to encourage a conversation between you and your body. To support what’s already working and remove barriers to the natural healing process.
Bodies heal more quickly and fully when they're relaxed. I'll always aim to make you as comfortable as possible–so your body can settle in and feel safe enough to heal. -

With over 25 years in healthcare, my path has been shaped by a deep commitment to reproductive health, family support, and holistic healing. In 2014, I became a certified yoga teacher through The Bhakti Yoga Movement Center specializing in prenatal yoga. Next, I moved into the birth space as a Certified Birth Doula, serving at Providence Women’s Clinic and within community organizations, holding space for families during transformative moments.

I weave these modalities into a fluid, intuitive approach that honors each person’s unique journey. My work is grounded in the principles of Ayurveda, connecting the body’s rhythms to the natural world. I do not see myself as the healer, but as a facilitator—holding space for the body to release, recalibrate, and rediscover its own power and grace.
Whether supporting someone through birth, transition, or healing, I strive to meet each being where they are—with compassion, respect, and presence.
I offer Ayurvedic-inspired massages with essential oils upon request, with advance booking. My goal is to bring together ancient healing traditions and modern therapeutic techniques to support your unique journey toward wellness and balance.

In 2019, I graduated from East West College of Healing Arts, where I immersed myself in Tuina (Chinese medical massage), Craniosacral Therapy, and Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese abdominal massage). My practice also includes energy medicine using sound and tuning forks.
