When we know how to listen deeply and how to breathe deeply in mindfulness, everything becomes clear and deep. - Thich Nhat Hanh

Why Functional Medicine Matters

Optimal Health

I am here to support your journey to optimal health. Each session starts with an update from you sharing where you are and what you want to get from your massage.

Each therapeutic massage is choreographed by combining integrity, mindfulness, and compassion. By blending a mix of deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic stretching, and reflexology I design a massage to best fit your needs. I strongly believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy plays an essential role in restoring health and wholeness to the mind and body.
